Sourcing & Sustainability

Ethical Sourcing Backed by Strong Farmer Partnerships

Our sourcing philosophy is built on long-term partnerships with farmer groups, estates, and rural cooperatives across South India. By working directly at the origin, we ensure genuine traceability, consistent quality, and sustainable practices that benefit both buyers and farming communities. Every lot of Green Coffee and Spices is selected with care, processed responsibly, and handled with transparency from farm to container.

OUR SOURCING MODEL

Sourced Direct from Estates, Farmer Networks & Certified Processing Units

To maintain control over quality and consistency, we partner with a network of carefully selected coffee estates, spice farms, farmer producer organizations (FPOs), and processing centers in Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu. These relationships allow us to secure fresh, traceable lots that meet global export standards.

Our sourcing model ensures

  • Genuine origin produce (not mixed or market-sourced lots)
  • Transparent and traceable supply chains
  • Controlled moisture and clean grading
  • Better pricing opportunities for farmers
  • Stable supply for international buyers
