These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, buyers, customers, and users of our website.

- All content displayed on this website—including product descriptions, pricing, images, documents, and specifications—is for general informational purposes only.
- We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content at any time without prior notice.
- Unauthorized use of any materials from this website is prohibited.
3. PRODUCTS & SPECIFICATIONS
- We export Green Coffee Beans and Indian Spices in various grades and processing types.
- Product specifications such as moisture, screen size, density, and defects tolerance are approximate and may vary slightly based on natural crop conditions.
- Final specifications for each shipment are provided in the Certificate of Analysis (COA) and accompanying documents.
- Buyers are responsible for reviewing product details, grades, and quality parameters before placing an order.
4. PRICING & QUOTATIONS
- All prices are subject to market fluctuations and may change without prior notice.
- Price quotations are valid only for the duration specified in the Proforma Invoice (PI).
- Pricing may vary based on grade, variety, packaging, Incoterms, quantity, freight costs, and destination.
- Final pricing is confirmed only after buyer approval of the PI.
5. ORDERS & CONFIRMATION
- An order is considered confirmed only after issuance and acceptance of the Proforma Invoice (PI) by the buyer.
- We reserve the right to accept or refuse orders at our discretion.
- Any modifications requested after PI confirmation may result in delays or changes in cost.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
We support globally accepted export payment methods including:
- Advance TT
- Irrevocable LC at Sight
- Hybrid (Advance + LC)
- CAD (for eligible buyers)
Important:
- Goods are dispatched only after payment is received as per agreed terms.
- Bank charges on both sides (remittance + receiving) are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
- Late or incomplete payment may delay shipment.
7. SHIPPING & INCOTERMS
Shipments are executed under internationally recognized Incoterms, including:
- EXW (Ex-Works)
- FOB (Free On Board)
- CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight)
- FCA / CFR (on request)
Buyer Responsibilities:
- Providing accurate import details
- Handling customs clearance at destination port
- Paying destination duties/taxes/charges
Exporter Responsibilities:
- Packing, fumigation, and Phyto as agreed
- Preparing required export documents
- Ensuring timely dispatch under agreed Incoterm
8. DELIVERY & TRANSIT TIME
- Transit times depend on shipping lines, container availability, destination country, and external conditions.
- We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Shipping line issues
- Port congestion
- Customs clearance
- Weather or unforeseen events
- Estimated transit times are shared for guidance only.
9. DOCUMENTATION PROVIDED
Each shipment includes (depending on product):
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Certificate of Analysis (COA)
- Moisture/Quality Report
- Phytosanitary Certificate
- Fumigation Certificate
- Certificate of Origin (if required)
- Bill of Lading
Additional documents may be provided upon request and subject to feasibility.
10. QUALITY CLAIMS & DISPUTES
- Any claim related to product quality must be reported within 48–72 hours of cargo arrival at destination.
- Claims must include supporting evidence: photos, videos, lab tests, and inspection notes.
- Claims arising from improper storage, poor handling, moisture ingress, or repacking at buyer’s side are not eligible.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied and does not extend to indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
11. LIABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
InterSpice & Coffee Exports is not liable for:
- Delayed shipments due to external factors
- Loss or damage during transit under EXW or FOB terms
- Buyers’ import rejections due to uncertified local regulations unless pre-agreed
- Losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the buyer
We comply with export rules based on Indian regulations and global standards.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All logos, product descriptions, catalogs, images, and content on this website belong to InterSpice & Coffee Exports.
- Reproduction or use without permission is strictly prohibited.
13. PRIVACY & DATA
- Any data submitted through forms (quote requests, sample requests, contact forms) is used solely to respond to inquiries and manage business communication.
- We do not sell, trade, or transfer personal information to third parties.

14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Karnataka India, depending on the place of business operation.

InterSpice & Coffee Exports reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
